I have spent most of my 30+ year career in high growth, high tech organizations building businesses large and small.   While I’ve worked in roles from product to sales and most in between, my favorite part of every role has been coaching and developing people to perform better and contribute more.  My work at West Cliff Industries lets me do that all day every day.

I have a BA in English from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.  I trained at the Hudson Institute of Coaching and am an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach.  

I've lived, toured and worked in many places around the world with my current home in Santa Cruz, California from where I am coaching clients in California, Seattle, Montana, New York, Florida, London, Spain, Poland, Dubai and Singapore.  I enjoy reading, movies and most outdoor activities; especially if they’re in, or near, an ocean.
